Al Ahlam (Al Ahlam District) is a residential neighbourhood within Ciudad del Sultán Haitham, located in Al Seeb near Muscat. The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning oversees the development of this project.
Unlike the apartment districts in the city, Al Ahlam offers a low-rise villa community with spacious green areas and landscaped public spaces.
