The Royal Atlantis Resort & Residences complex is a premium project completed in 2023 on the artificial island of Palm Jumeirah. Singer Beyoncé performed at its opening ceremony, and high-profile guests and celebrities from many countries attended the three-day celebrations for the housewarming.


The building is situated on the crescent of the archipelago and represents a unique 43-story structure, consisting of blocks made of concrete, glass panels, and metal constructions. Specialists from the Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates agency worked on the original architecture of the facility.
