6. Title holders can apply for a Golden Residence Visa if the market value of the property exceeds AED 2 million.
7. The applicant’s name on the title document must match the name on the passport.

3. Old Emirati ID (if applicable).
4. High quality digital photography that meets ICP requirements.

6. Medical insurance from any insurance company in the UAE.
