Hablando del mercado inmobiliario en Abu Dabi, cabe se\u00f1alar que, al igual que en Dub\u00e1i, buen comportamiento en el segundo trimestre.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>2023 se debi\u00f3 a un aumento en el n\u00famero de proyectos, el volumen y cantidad de inversiones atra\u00eddas y, sin duda, la introducci\u00f3n de desarrollos innovadores.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Las ventas sobre plano experimentaron un crecimiento sorprendente, alcanzando las 1.838 en el segundo trimestre de 2023, cifra significativamente superior a las 947 registradas en el mismo per\u00edodo del a\u00f1o anterior. Representaron 71,4 % del n\u00famero total de transacciones, superando los 60,7 % registrados en el segundo trimestre de 2022. Los compradores prefirieron propiedades en \u00e1reas clave como Al Reem, Yas, Islas Saadiyat, Al Raha Beach y Masdar City, lo que indica un fuerte inter\u00e9s por tanto de residencia personal como de inversi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\">En particular, en el mismo per\u00edodo se produjo un aumento notable en el volumen de transacciones de 94,1 % a\u00f1o tras a\u00f1o y un aumento impresionante en el valor de las transacciones de 118 %. El valor de las transacciones de ventas sobre plano en Abu Dhabi en el segundo trimestre de 2023 fue de 71,9 % del total de transacciones de ventas, en comparaci\u00f3n con 58,7 % en el segundo trimestre de 2022.
