F\u00fcr Investoren besteht die Hauptvoraussetzung f\u00fcr den Erhalt eines Dubai Golden Visa darin, eine Immobilie in Dubai im Wert von mindestens 2 Mio. AED zu besitzen. Dieses Visum bietet Anlegern und ihren Familien langfristige Stabilit\u00e4t und Sicherheit und erm\u00f6glicht Ihnen das Reisen und Leben in den VAE, ohne dass Ihr Visum h\u00e4ufig verl\u00e4ngert werden muss.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Anforderungen:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">1. F\u00fcr die Beteiligung eines Ehemanns und einer Ehefrau an derselben Immobilie ist eine vom Au\u00dfenministerium beglaubigte und amtlich ins Arabische \u00fcbersetzte Heiratsurkunde erforderlich.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">5. Befindet sich die Immobilie im gemeinsamen Eigentum von Ehemann und Ehefrau, sollte der Eigentumsanteil zwischen beiden Parteien gleich sein. Wenn die Anteile nicht gleich sind, ist der Eigent\u00fcmer des gr\u00f6\u00dften Anteils der Hauptvisuminhaber und kann die andere Partei sponsern.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">6. Nationaler Personalausweis f\u00fcr Bewerber aus bestimmten L\u00e4ndern (IRAN \u2013 PAKISTAN \u2013 IRAK \u2013 LIBIEN \u2013 AFGHANISTAN).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">6.
